If that is your question here are some things that might prevent your iPhone from charging. Be sure to use the charger that came with the iPhone and plug that into a known good wall outlet.
1. Bad charger. Try a different Apple or name brand charger.
2. Bad cable. Try a different Apple or name brand cable.
3. Dirt, lint or fuzz in the connection ports that prevent a good connection. This dirt could be in the iPhone or the charger. Check carefully and clean with a wooden toothpick if necessary.
4. Software problem. Reset your iPhone. Press and hold both the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button continuously until the Apple logo appears. Then release the button and let the device restart. You will not lose data doing this. It's like a computer reboot.
5. Hardware failure. Make an appointment at an Apple Store to have a technician examine your device. Or contact Apple Support.
