mail hyperlink in numbers

How do I create formula that when the cell is clicked it will create a mail document using data contained in other cells?
This formula works

IF(R3≠"",HYPERLINK("mailto:emailaddress@me.com?subject=Grooming for " &A3&" /"&R3&"&body="&A3&" /"&R3&K3&"Anticipated pick-up?","e−mail grooming"),"")

But what I actually want to do is e-mail to an address that is contained in a different cell, not a static address, as in the e-mail address of the customer I want to e-mail.
I want to be able to easily e-mail my customers when their dogs shots are expiring, all the data included in different cells.

Ideas? Inspirations?

Thanks
