Q: Refurbished ipad from apple

I had to restore it because it was locked up on itunes. I finally got it working but it won't let me log in and says the previous owner has to remove this device from their account. I bought it from apple. What should I do?

iPad, iOS 9.2.1

Go to the apple store you bought it from.

Apple restores their refurbs to like-new condition; I always buy refurbs from them which have included iPads, iMacs, and Macbook Pros. So, you bought it from Apple - you have a warranty. Take it to your nearest Genius Bar and, if they can't fix it, return it and/or exchange it. Make sure you take along your purchase receipt.
