While trying to get iTunes running on a Windows 7 computer, I get the following error when providing my account info.
It's the red part that's confusing me. I'm never receiving a verification code to append to the password.
So the question is simply this: How do I force a code to be sent to my others devices so I can access my iTunes account on this computer?

Yep, I'm able to login there just fine.
The only option I see there is to change the password, which I don't think solves the problem. 2 factor authentication is on, which may be what's prompting this problem, but when I log in to appleid.apple.com I'm asked to enter a verification code which get sent to my phone, which is what I'd think woudl happen while trying to install iTunes on Windows.
You do not need an Apple ID to install iTunes.
You only need the Apple ID when you sign in to iTunes Store.
