Remove System Access Notice

I bought a new computer and I'm attempting to transfer my User Account (with my own work etc) from a work computer to this new one using Migration Assistant.

I've managed to do so, but I'm still getting the System Access Notice on startup.

Is there a way to get rid of this? Or do I have to move everything manually? I don't mind doing this but want to keep all the programs that I use (yes they're mine), fonts (mine as well) and settings prefs etc.
