Q: Why is the wifi on my phone 6 not connecting and is grey out?

My phone just randomly shut it self off and then turn on and once it turn back on the wifi was completely grey out and I couldn't connect to it at all. My cellear data still work but i can't connect to any wifi or turn on my own wifi on my phone and the bluetooth has a spinning wheel that keep spinning and not connecting. I would like to know why it randomly done this? I like to know how to fix this problem as well.

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9.2.1
