I use mac book air ,OS X El Capitan 10.11.3 ,
i am not able to install tata photon max dialer. Approached tata docomo cutomer care ,they said no driver available if you want you can close the connection and switch to someother provider ..confused..pls help

Here is the driver. I have installed but while connecting, it's showing the authentication error.
To some extant I can understand why authentication error being observed because when we connect first time in a Windows machine, it asks the photon number to authenticate and then dials to server. But here, neither it is asking for the photon number nor any option available to enter manually.
