Q: itunes not finding disc burners

going a bit loopy over this one? everytime i try and burn a disc i keep getting

i was burning discs no problem up to a month ago, i was on vista. i tried everything i could nothing worked?

i have since changed my hard drive, installed win 7 ultimate, upgraded to win 10, updated all my drivers.. reinstalled latest version of itunes.

both internal burners are working with media-player, but itunes still states "no supported disc burners found"

ive also trid to run itunes as an administrator still nothing.... help!!!!
