The percentage on my iphone 6s is incorrect

Hi,

At about 23:00 16/03/2016 Vietnam time on the battery level is 20% of my iphone6s, I charge the battery. 03/17/2016 00:00 Then more than I check and see the battery level is 24%, this anomaly occurred after iOS 9.2.1 update. Even when I remove all equipment and perform the update again through iTunes (13D20). I have installed third-party software to the test and the results as shown in the attachment. Current time is 21:19 17.03.2016. Looking forward to the support from Apple and the community.

What make you think the 3rd party app is giving you the correct answer?

Do you know the app itself uses power?

I installed a third-party program at about 13:00 17/03/2016 than 12 hours later that the battery level is still 24%. And at that time a third-party program to my information the battery level is 48%, is now at 32%.

You do not need 3rd party battery app, waste of money.

You can re-calibrate the battery by

1. Let it run down till it automatically shut off.

2. Plug onto a wall socket and let it charge till it's full.

See this Apple support document. If your iPhone 6s or iPhone 6s Plus battery percentage doesn't update - Apple Support

However, to support what the ckuan has told you, 3rd party battery apps are a waste of time and generally just use up more resources. They are not always accurate, and many report inaccurately as well.

I update 9.2.1 on my device, version 9.2.1 (13D15) is met with abnormal condition of the battery. I've tried your way. Then I deleted all the data and perform the update again via USB and iTunes, the current version is 9.2.1 (13D20)

I always choose the automatic mode of activating the device for the first time and also reboot the device. And the party program is installed only temporarily so that I knew what was happening. Since more than 12 hours, but the battery is not even 1% decrease.

You were provided with the Apple response to the issue when I gave you that support document.

This is from the last part of the document.

If this happens again and you didn't change the time or time zone on your device, contact Apple Support.

Apple is aware of this issue and is investigating the cause and a solution.

So either contact Apple Support or wait for something to be announced from Apple.

I realize there probably is a language barrier here, but if contacting Apple Support did not correct the problem, you will need to wait for Apple to release an announcement about a fix. Like I provided, it says they are investigating it.
