i have bought a iPhone and i have restored it but there was a iCloud setup on it and it doesn't let me to use it pls help me
Contact the place where you purchased the device to have them contact the previous owner. Without them removing the device from their iCloud account, you will not be able to activate the device and it will be useless to you. If they cannot contact the previous owner, ask for a full refund.
