iPod Touch problem with Windows 10

iTunes gave a message when I connected iPod with a USB-cable to PC:

"iTunes could not connect with iPod Touch because it received an uncorrect answer from the device"

The USB-cable is OK because it works in my car radio

The iPod worked OK with the same PC when I had Windows 7, but now I have Windows 10
