Q: How to stop iCloud (web) from marking messages as junk

iCloud (web) is sending email that is good to the web Junk mail folder.

This includes messages from people in my contacts, messages from people that other times are not marked as junk, and other non-junks.

Please don't tell me that it is my internet service provider that is sending the messages to junk. The messages go to junk before they ever get to my account.

And please don't tell me that there is something in the header that is doing it. Two messages, both from the exact same forum, can get split, one to junk, one to normal.

I keep marking these messages as Not Junk, but iCloud keeps sending them to junk.

How can I stop iCloud (web) from sending any messages to Junk mail.

Basically I need to start from zero and then teach iCloud (web) what is junk and what is not.

Your ISP — unless you're using an ISP-provided mail server — is not involved here.    If junk mail filtering is (temporarily) disabled in all of your mail clients and messages are still getting junked, then the only option here is Apple and its filtering for iCloud.    Per the iCloud support article, contact the folks at iCloud support for assistance with that.   If you're using some ISP-provided or non-Apple-provided mail server and the same test — junk filtering temporarily disabled — shows messages being placed in a junk folder, contact that ISP.
