Q: iCloud contacts and calendars will not open in Outlook 2013 since upgrading to Windows 10

Recently updated my Dell Inspiron laptop to Windows 10 (from Windows 8.1) and now my Outlook 2013 contacts and calendars do not open. I get a message "The set of folders cannot be opened. The information store could not be opened."

Contacts and calendars are still on my iPhone 6 but do not sync to my computer.

Since neither Windows or Outlook are Apple products you need to contact Microsoft for support on why you're getting that error message within Outlook.

Thanks for the link. I was able to re-sync my iCloud to Outlook.
