Q: Email Header and Phishing

Afternoon,

With the recent phishing epidemic taking over the business world and 40% of all email communication being open first through phones. I want to know how to show an email address instead of just the person's name. This way users can make an educated guess if an email is legitimately from the person it says it is from. The CEO spoof scam is going to be around for a long time and we need to find a way to help users on their iPhones.

Thanks

Ryan

    Thanks for the reply,

To tell Users or executives that they need to click on every email is a bit crazy. However, I figured out if you go to settings, "mail, contacts, calendars", Mark Addresses. Put in your corporate email domain/domains and this will turn/flag anything that isn't on your domain red. So when a user replies to an email from the CEO and it turns red, they know they better double check the email address.
