    1. Forgot iCloud Password

    4. Manage your Apple ID primary, rescue, alternate, and notification email addresses - Apple Support
    5. If your Apple ID has been locked - Apple Support
    6. About your Apple ID email addresses - Apple Support

If you're the iPhone's original owner, you can take it and its purchase receipt to a physical Apple Store. If not, you need to contact the person who is or the one who set the lock.

Already pereproboYa phone use from the date of purchase. He bought a new, though not at the official seller. But there is a guarantee from him. I can answer any questions.
