Fitbit Blaze disconnects from iPhone 6 when Halos are paired

I just got my Halo 2 hearing aids yesterday. I also have a fitbit blaze. As soon as I paired the hearing aids, my fitbit was kicked off the bluetooth connection on my iPhone 6. If I turn off the hearing aids, the fitbit blaze reconnects. But as long as the hearing aids are connected, my fitbit vibrates every 20 seconds and the battery runs down. I turned off "all day sync" on the fitbit but I still have the same issue. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello,

That's a very strange issue. Personally, I have the Halos paired to an iPhone 6. I also have a fitbit zip, withing scale, BT keyboard and a home thermostat. They all play nice with each other and I can have all the respective apps running at the same time.

You could have a rogue app. Try this. Back up your iPhone using iTunes. Restore your iPhone to factory default and set it up as new. Do not install any apps and pair your Halos. You don't need the Trulink app for your Halos to work. Make sure your Halo works fine with all the default iPhone apps. If all is good, install the Fitbit app and pair your Fitbit. Make sure everything works and if it does, install one app at a time. If you pair the Fitbit and immediately encounter an error or problem, call Fitbit support.

HTH and good luck.
