Will Apple refund an ITUNES gift card that was purchased as part of a 'Granny scam'? The scam was discovered before the cards were sent to the scammers and are not activated. We are 75 and 76 years of age and a bit had of hearing,so we don't listen to much music and don't own an Ipod. We don't own any Apple devices. I wonder if we are going to be stuck with $2000.00 of ITUNES we can't listen to?

Report it to the police. Apple has no obligation to refund you any money if the cards have already been redeemed. Since you offer no explanation other than you were scammed, then your only known option at this time would be to report this to the police.
