I cant see live loops in my GarageBand
I have the latest version of iOS and also GarageBand. But i'm unable to see the Live Loop when i open GarageBand
iPad Mini, iOS 9.2.1, GarageBand Version 2.1
Is your iPad mini an iPad Mini 2? Otherwise Life Loops will not be available:

Live Loops is available on iPhone 5 or later, iPad Pro, iPad Air or later, iPad (4th generation), and iPad mini 2 or later.
