Q: FaceTime activation charges Slovak Telekom

Hello I recently change my carrier from Orange to Slovak Telekom and after set my iMessage and FaceTime ON Telekom started my charging for 0,1608EUR a few times. Telekom support says that my iPhone has sending mesages to number 447786205094 and I dont know nothing about it. How is that possible and what is the solution? It is sending the SMS to activate your imessage and facetime, normally if your phone carrier is a supported iphone carrier the charges is waived, if your carrier isn't supported you'll be charged.
