iPhone 5C CDMA: Call connection delay/interruption
I currently have 4 iPhones (3 @5C, 1 @ 5s) on the Sprint network (via Ting) and all has been fine for the last couple of years. Shortly after updating to ios 9.2.1 we began experiencing a strange issue at the start of every call between phones on the account. The call is initially connected just fine, but that lasts for only one or two seconds - enough time to say "hello". But then the connection drops for 3-5 seconds before returning to normal. When it does return, the connection seems to abruptly change to a much higher quality, almost like the person on the other end is right next to me. I've worked with Ting support and have tried every reset, update, wipe/restore phone, roaming on/off, etc. Nothing fixes the problem. Would greatly appreciate a solution!!
