Q: Photo stream accessibility for windows users
I have sent and invitation to a friend to join a photo stream, but she is on Windows. Is there a way for her to gain access to the photo stream?

But you do not send invitation to MyPhotoStream - you send invitations to shared albums using iCloud Photo Sharing - those instructions are here - iCloud Photo Sharing FAQ - Apple Support
