Apr 25, 2016 10:27 AM in response to thunderzzzby MrSPV,Hi
I'm still trying to get this sorted. Following the first link it says... "If the previous owner isn't present, connect the device to a Wi-Fi or cellular network and then contact the previous owner and ask them to follow these steps to remove the device from their account:" I can do the second part of that but how do I connect to a wifi network if I can't get into it?
I just want to get it back to the initial setup. Is it really not possible to just reset it?
Thanks
Mike
