I'm frustrated trying to remove my billing info. It doesn't show the none option. I can not install any apps until I do. I've tried just about everything

Well of course I tried creating a new account then I tried to reinstall WhatsApp and I got an error message about purchasing the app on a previous account. I'm beginning to dislike apple very much

That link provides everything you need. You don't even need to create a new account you can use your current one.
Why did you create a new apple id for?
You're more than welcome to switch to an Android, nobody here in this user to user technical forum is stopping you nor do we care if you do.
Already own an android. Y would I expect u to care whether I switch to android or not lol hmph. And I created a new account cuz all the videos and online tips indicated that I do. Apparently they are all more lost than I am. Thanks for the link
