I have an iPod 6 touch and cannot erase original email address that I had when purchased. I had not used it in weeks and have tried resetting passwords with new email which is accepted on my account page but does not recognize this iPod.
I have an iPod 6 touch and cannot erase my original email address that was used when I made the purchase in Nov. I cannot remove that address. I have upgraded the iOS. My apple id is accepted on my iMac and MacBook Pro. I have changed my email address and password. I have done the Home button/Off button to reset and still no luck. Just do not know what to do now. No, I did not buy Apple Care. I wanted to begin listening to a new podcast and feel like I have been chasing my tail all morning (1:33pm now)
