How can I retrieve the password of an app?

I bought an iPad Pro today and did the backup of my old iPad and and things went mainly well but I had to reenter all my passwords for my email accounts... anyway, the main thing I need is to re-enter the password for my BT Sports app which I have forgotten, the thing is is that I use it using my parents BT account [I have Sky] and unable to contact them for a few months to get the password to re-enter and I can't find where I wrote it down. The thing is my old iPad accesses BT Sports fine but I have no idea how to get the password from it - on a mac Keychain would be the way to go but I can't figure the iOs equivalent. If I was to select "forgot my password" option the email would be sent to my parents who are away from computers for the next 3 months.

There likely is no way to see it from the app. Any good app that offers a passcode lock option will store the passcode as an encrypted hash, not plain text. Your Mac Keychain can be shared with your iPad using iCloud Keychain, but if you have not enabled that, then it won't be there. You're not going to just find it anywhere then in any human readable format. You will have to reset it or contact your folks for it.
