Ever since installing Windows 10, I cannot open my iCloud Calendars in Outlook 2010. When I try to select one, I get an error message "The set of folders cannot be opened. The information store could not be opened."

I used to be able to open my iCloud Calendars in MS Outlook 2010 on my PC, but ever since installing Windows 10, they will not open. When I try to select one of them, I get the error message: "The set of folders cannot be opened. The information store could not be opened." Prior to upgrading to Windows 10 it worked fine. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling iCloud for Windows, changing settings, etc. to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.
