Q: What should I do when my security questions on my iphone 5s appear blank?

     I've recently changed my security questions on my account,but now when I'm told to enter them on my new iPhone 5s(iOS 9.2.1) since it is my first time purchasing anything on it, the security questions appear blank on my phone when I'm asked to answer them. I've tried by restarting my phone a few times, logging out of itunes yet they still appear blank. What should I do?

    Hi willzd,

    I understand you are having some issues with your iTunes Store account since you changed your security questions.  Did you change your security questions from your computer or your iPhone?  If on your computer, have you signed out of the iTunes Store and restarted the computer?   The link below will help you with your Apple ID account information.  If you have not already done so, enter the billing information for the account as well.  This is needed even if you are downloading a free app.
