Cant Download episodes from your feed
this is the error message i keep getting when i try to submit my podcast. the rss is: http://thecrapplecast.squarespace.com/?format=rss
Any Ideas?

Your feed has three episodes, but only the second one has a playable media file. Only episodes with playable media appear in iTunes, and on submission the Store checks only the top episode: hence they don't see anything to download. you need to reorder the episodes so that 'Episode zero' appears at the top, or remove the top episode (which contains several images, but won't appear in iTunes anyway).
