How do I reset my iCloud settings when someone is using my account without permission ?
When I sign into my iCloud account my old roomate's contacts sync to my phone. How do I erase her from my icloud account?

use a computer and see if those contacts also appear in icloud.com on a web browser.. if they do, you probably merged them when you or they signed into the phone at some point.. you may have to delete them one by one.. if they aren't in icloud.com, then they are in your iPhone probably syncing with another cloud service like Gmail contacts..
