Is there anyway of running Imessage on an android phone?
Not unless you have an Android phone that's running OSX or iOS.

No, it's an Apple exclusive service. If you want to send or receive messages to Android phones, iMessages will send them as regular cellular texts.
It's not possible.

You cannot install OSX or iOS on an Android phone, therefore, you cannot run Messages on one.
Well dialabrain I can run windows on my mac. So its not that far fetched to assume you can run ios on essentially a computer
