I see your iPhone 4 will no longer connect to your home Wi-Fi network. Sometimes a simple restart of your Wi-Fi router can resolve this issue. However, here are some troubleshooting steps that I would recommend going through for this issue.
If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network

Go to settings reset network settings on iPhone .
After reset enter your router wireless key .
