The report shows an huge amount of RAM swaps but I cannot determine exactly why.  iTunes is grabbing a lot of space so that may be a factor.

Perhaps doubling RAM to 8GB might reduce the 'beachballs'.  Should you choose to do that, OWC and Crucial have the best Mac compatible RAM.

    Ciao.

You have the Genio malware/adware that is could be causing your RAM problems. You must remove it before thinking about adding RAM because it will just as likely eat up what you add.

Apple addresses Genio and its removal in this article:

Stop pop-up ads and adware in Safari - Apple Support

For more reading on the subject of Genio, consider this reading list:

    http://www.thesafemac.com/?s=genieo

Do you know wha tthe Advent software is for? I am not familiar with it. Do you still need the Android softare?

You MBP13 2011 will officially accomodate up to 8 GB of RAM and, with the right nmodules from a trusted Mac RAM vendor like Other World Computing, may handle up to 16GB.

Think about upgrading your Mac OS after you get the computer cleaned up. The last Lion update was Oct 2012.
