iOS 9 update problem

My phone is stuck on the apple update with the progress bar not advancing - it's taken hours. This is on a recently replaced (by Apple Store) iPhone 6.

I have tried to hard reboot and also tried to override by plugging into iMac, but it's in the "slide to upgrade" loop.

Any ideas?
