Port Forwarding

I am currently going through a strict Nat type on an Xbox One I am using and I would like it to be open. I am not internet savvy at all, I am currently setup with an AirPort Extreme 802.11n and my internet service provider (cox) told me I need to log in to my router settings and open up a port. I know which port needs to be taken care of however I can't seem to figure out where to go to even get into my router settings to make this necessary change. If someone could help me find where to go to get to my router settings, and what information I would need to get into my settings, help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone
