caller name
When I get a call on my iphone6s on the screen appears callers name (at the left) and on the right callers firs letter (eg. John J). How can I make it default (that it showed only callers name in the midle)

The symbol on the right is actually the picture that you associate with that person in your Contacts. When you don't have a picture assigned to that contact, it defaults to the person's initials. I don't believe you can delete it, but you can add any picture (just a pure color for example) for that contact if you wish.
