How do I find the new user's forum?

Thank you. That explains something. I received an email from someone last evening suggesting I use the Switchers' forum. I checked that list and there is no Switchers listed there. Back to the drawing board.

Note that I've never heard of that forum before today -- just found it via a search -- and don't have any idea how useful it may be.
