Mar 19, 2016 4:23 PM in response to comosumby Loner T,Unless there is a need to heavy-duty Graphics work, the Intel Iris 2.2Ghz/Quad Core with 512G should be sufficient.
Please be aware that W7 is not supported on models after 2014 Macs. If you plan to upgrade from W7 to W10, you may also want consider 2014 models in the Mac refurbished store - http://www.apple.com/shop/browse/home/specialdeals/mac/macbook_pro/15 .

Mar 20, 2016 5:45 AM in response to comosumby Loner T,W8 and W10 have better support on 2014/2015 models. W8 has been supported from very well so far, as you can see in Use Windows 8.1 on your Mac with Boot Camp - Apple Support .
Given a choice between W7 and W8, W7 is still the Classic WNT/WXP line, while W8 is closer to W10.
