Q: Installing Windows 7 w/o Bootcamp (on el Capitan)

I have a Windows 7 installation disk, but I can't install it with Bootcamp since Apple doesn't support Windows 7 anymore. Does anyone know a way to install it without using Bootcamp?

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)

What year/model is your iMac?

 

W7 is supported on models prior to 2015 Macs. Please see the list and procedure in Install Windows 7 and earlier on your Mac using Boot Camp - Apple Support .
