MBP Black screen before login on during start-up, LCD work fine when external monitor is connected, goes black when unplugged

Is there anyone with a solution? I cannot use my Laptop without an external screen 😟e
Basically, when I unplug the external screen, the main screen goes black and never comes back on. Not even a restart helps. No reset or nothing.
Any ideas are welcome!
