ItunesHelper.Resources is not a vaild short file name

I am trying to uninstall Itunes on my Windows 10 PC. I can't uninstall it as it gives me an error. The error is "iTunesHelper.Resources is not a valid short file name". I am not sure what is going on here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This did not work, however it did lead me to another program that did work. I used REVO uninstaller to get rid of ITunes in the Windows uninstall program area. I was able to use C-Cleaner to remove old registry info pertaining to ITunes after the removal procedure using REVO. I rebooted and there was nothing left except the iTunes Helper process which I am still unable to remove. I have made some head way in removing ITunes and I will post any updates pertaining to the end resolution. ManSinha, you helped me by sparking the interest in being able to look in another direction for uninstalling iTunes, thank you.
