then when I click to rent it again it just says that it's already been rented and can't download.

WWell I would do that but when try to go to the help section it only gives me the option to email someone or set up an appointment at a store.
AAsk, when I go to the rentals app it shows that I rented the movie but it won't download.
When you open the link https://www.apple.com/ca/support/itunes/contact/ Click on Contact iTunes Store Support
Choose a topic with all iTunes Stores issues in the block you can see in that : Select Connecting & Downloading Then Select Movie rentals download or playback. After this you will get the below screen-shot. In that Select Chat
Maybe it was the wifi I was on or something because it's downloading now. I guess it was too late for the chat to be working or something because I did t have the option to chat with anyone. Thank you for your help
