Hello, i have a problem. my Macbook air, recently started coming with Kernel Panic, and only when im booting or rebooting, and sometimes when its turn on. Can somebody please help me.

I cannot tell what caused the kernel panic from what you posted. Perhaps someone with more expertise can.
I would suggest that you reset the SMC and the NVRAM as a matter of procedure:

If they occur again, then a good option is to make an appointment at an Apple store genius bar for a free evaluation. Take a copy of the report with you.
