Q: We have tried everything! My mother can't remember her security questions and it keeps asking for the password of the last email she used. This is NOT a preowned device. It's always been hers. But since the latest iOS 9 update, she can't do anything
we have tried changing her email to the first one, changing the security questions, and even adding a rescue email. It won't let her do anything with her iPad without those questions. She knows who her childhood friend is, but she has lived all her jobs. She doesn't have a least favorite. We have tried none, McDonald's, maid, clerk, even mother, wife, babysitter, YOU NAME IT!! This is the worst system I have ever seen!!! again, this has always been her iPad. We made the mistake of updating the iOS. It's apple's psychotic scheme of getting people to update their devices, and SHE WILL NEVER BUYING ANOTHER APPLE PRODUCT AGAIN. Has anyone had this problem? Her iPad is second generation. Thanks.
by the way, I'm posting on behalf of my mother, and her iPad isn't listed with my devices.
