I installed a new iMac that came with a magic mouse 2.
It started to work just fine. I uploaded my previous user account and conducted a system update through the Apple App store.
Now the magic mouse 2 is not recognized. It is fully charged but will not pair with the iMac.
The bluetooth does not allow itself to be turned on.
I have restarted my iMac.
I have removed the magic mouse 2 and later connected it using the provided cable but still nothing.
everything I turn off the magic mouse 2 I see a screen message saying that it was turned off but not
