Mar 20, 2016 1:50 PMby AJ397,Recovery depends on what you did with the photos before the iPod was stolen. If you were importing them to your computer, you can find them where you saved them. If you were backing up the iPod you can restore a new iPod to a backup from your old iPod and get the pictures that way. Lastly, if you used iCloud photos you may find them there: iCloud Photo Library FAQ - Apple Support
