Mar 21, 2016 4:27 PM in response to Winston Churchillby JDY425,I Thought it did since it has an IP address and good signal strength, but it states in the bottom left of the screen choose a different network or configure advanced wi-fi settings. Not sure if that is there because the wi-fi network is highlighted by the cursor?

Are your location settings correct
Are you using the store in your locationn
Are you using DNS settings provided by your ISP.
