Unsupported Image Format - Aperture

I just uploaded RAW images with a new camera for the first time in Aperture and they all show as unsupported image format. I've tried rebooting and reprocessing originals and this has not worked. Help please.

MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012), OS X Mavericks (10.9.5)

Your camera is supported by Digital Camera RAW Compatibility 6.03

That requires MacOS X Yosemite at least. If you want to use the RAW development in Aperture, consider to upgrade your MacOS X to El Capitan and Aperture to Aperture 3.6

If you want to upgrade, make sure your Aperture purchase is showing in your Purchase History at the App Store, see:

If anyone is able to help me out with this further issue I referenced above (and copied below), I would greatly appreciate it. I've lost my entire aperture library.

So my library was giving me error messages and prompted me to repair. I followed the instructions as prompted and when Aperture opened all my images were gone. Nothing in there at all. Help please.
