I've purchased an Apple HDMI adapter (USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter) for my macbook to hook up to another monitor and works fine plugged straight into the macbook. Also I've purchased a Belkin multi-port with two USB-A and to USB-C outputs with a short lead as USB-C. The problem is there is no way I can use these together which would enable me to have extra ports for other stuff.
The digital multiport adapter (HDMI) will not work through the Belkin hub as I guess the power is diminished ie the power cable needs to be connected as well. The extra port on the multi port is a USB-A port whereas I need another USB-C port.

However this has been out of stock for a long time.
Does anyone know of an adapter available in Australia just like this?
