Q: Can't connect to printers on local network

I have an AT&T access point.  My Macbook can occasionally print to my Brother printers, but mostly not.  The printers are both connected via Ethernet, everything else is WiFI.  I'm at my wit's end.  Any ideas?  Thanks!
