security question issues/needto update apple id on all devices

The first issue I am having is that I am trying to set up apple music and it is asking for security questions. I have never set up security questions for my account but it is prompting me to answer. I am putting the only possible answer for the security questions (first concert - i have only been to one / least favorite job - I have only worked two jobs..) but it is still not working. It said to enter in my rescue email to reset and I did which it said it was not the correct one. I entered in a different email and reset the password but still will not give me the option to change security questions. So now I have changed the email accidentally and password to my account and still have the issue with the security questions. it doesn't pop up on the apple account to change the security questions. My second issue is with trying to fix the first issue I somehow changed the apple email my account is attatched to. Now my iPhone is asking me to enter in the password to my icloud. My iPhone is still logged in under the old email address so it keeps saying wrong email/password combo. So now I don't know my security questions and I cannot do anything icloud/app store related on my phone.
